Nicely made rhythm instrument for kids July 29, 2010 Anne Thomas (Brookhaven, NY United States) We purchased several sets for a Summer Sunday School program with an emphasis on music. Kids are ages 2-12. Rhythm sticks are nicely made and just what we needed for hammering the ark, making "frog" and "cricket" sounds, etc.
Basic Beat Rhythm sticks May 24, 2010 William Reed (San Diego) I use theses as a cowbell beaters. Great price. Very durable. I use the Pearl PCB6 Primero 6" Cowbell. Together cost about $20.
Just like real drum sticks February 12, 2010 D.C.E (Washington, DC) As a former long time drummer I introduced my son to these for christmas. he loved them. The sticks are about a 5B thickness with no tip, and about half the lenght of a normal stick. The perfect intro for a new little drummer boy.

I purchased these for use with our children's choir at church (K-3rd grade). We use these to study rhythm as part of the music education portion of choir. The kids love them and they are perfect for little hands. These are shorter than standard rhythm sticks, but if you're using them for little kids, they are just right. The kids love using them - it makes learning note values and tapping out rhythms a lot more fun and interesting for them.
