Ripped Fuel Extreme is a good supplement in helping you curb and lose weight. I lost 10 good pounds in 2 weeks while using Ripped Fuel. It is important to take it between a meal (with food) 2x a day. Best for morning and lunchtime. You must also drink plenty of water while taking it and throughout the day. I also have been working out between 3-4x a day and walking briskly about 1-2 miles as much as I can. This product will curb your snacking and your diet should be a low fat, low carb diet for best effects.

Well I just finished bottle one of this product... It seems like it gave me a boost in energy in the gym and has kick started fat burning.. I went from 12.8% body fat down to 10.8% in about a month since I started using it.. Now this is also after a week long vacation in Vegas wear I pigged out so I'm sure it helped me a lot more then just 2% change... Well worth a try at least before you start spending money on more expensive products like Arson Fat burner... See if this gives you the results you want before spending the big $$$

I've been taking Ripped Fuel Extreme for a month now, and i can clearly see a difference in my work out. I can do cardio longer, i can lift longer (not more) and i'm less tired at the end, allowing me to get more out of my workout. On the other hand, ripped fuel is not a miracle by any means, and if your not working out, this product is useless.
